Our Strategic Pillars
Our Strategic Pillars

At CAdHSI, our work is guided by three strategic pillars, each critical in addressing health challenges in LMICs.
Pillar 1: Health Systems Implementation (HSI) Program
-
Focus:
Bridge the gap between research, policy, and practice by focusing on sustainable health system improvements through evidence generation and capacity building.

-
Approach:
We collaborate with governments, healthcare institutions, and communities to develop and implement scalable, sustainable community-based programs that strengthen healthcare delivery systems.
Pillar 2: Knowledge Generation (KG) Program
-
Focus:
Generate and integrate evidence to strengthen health systems in LMICs, applying research to real-world healthcare challenges.

-
Approach:
We produce and disseminate knowledge that promotes evidence-based practices. Our partnerships with academic institutions and global health organizations ensure that research translates into actionable, sustainable health system improvements.
Pillar 3: Advocacy and Partnership (AP) Program
-
Focus:
Address global, national, and local health challenges through advocacy, strategic partnerships, and policy coordination.

-
Approach:
We work closely with community organizations, governments, and global partners to implement cost-effective preventive measures and advocate for increased healthcare funding. By leveraging partnerships, we ensure LMICs are better equipped to face current and future health challenges.
