We utilize a hybrid funding strategy that fosters sustainable and inclusive health system innovations. Our approach to building a reliable revenue base includes the following key components:

• Corporate Sponsorships: Partnerships with corporations provide us with essential financial support and resources, enabling us to implement large-scale projects and innovations.

• Individual and Institutional Donations: We engage with individuals and institutions who share our vision, inviting them to contribute to our mission through donations that directly support our work in underserved regions.

• Fundraising Events: We organize and participate in fundraising events that raise both awareness and funds for our ongoing and future projects.

• Partnerships: Collaborative efforts with other organizations allow us to pool resources and expertise, ensuring the sustainability and scalability of our initiatives.

• Consultancy Fees: We offer specialized consultancy services in health systems strengthening, leveraging our expertise to generate additional revenue that supports our mission.

• Subgrantee Opportunities: We are open to becoming subgrantees, partnering with larger organizations or primary grantees to implement specific aspects of broader initiatives. By working as a subgrantee, we can bring our specialized knowledge and on-the-ground experience to support the successful execution of key projects and contribute to shared goals.
